What cleaning services do you provide?
Our services include ecofriendly residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleanup. If property needs cleaning, we can handle it.
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?
YES! We specialize in non-toxic, eco-friendly products that are safe for kids, families, pets and the environment.
How do I schedule a cleaning service?
You can book online, request a free quote, or call us directly. We offer flexible scheduling across Southern California.
Is your company contract based?
Not at all! We serve hundreds of customers around the SoCal area without contracts. We offer weekly, monthly, and one-time cleanings with the option to cancel anytime!
Is your company certified and insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed, bonded and insured by the State of California. In addition, we are currently in the process of obtaining Green Seal ® certification for our eco-friendly services.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers prefer to provide us with access instructions so we can clean while they’re at work or out. This makes it convenient for both parties, but is not necessary.
What should I do before the cleaners arrive?
Nothing at all! Just make sure we can access the property. Some clients like to secure personal items, but it isn’t required.
How much does a cleaning cost in Southern California?
Pricing depends on the size of your home or office and the type of cleaning. We provide free, no-obligation quotes tailored to your needs.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice. You can reschedule easily online or by phone.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings are available. Many customers choose recurring services for discounted rates and consistency.
Is your work guaranteed?
Absolutely! If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right—no hassle.
Should I tip the cleaners?
Tipping is not necessary but always appreciated! We ensure to pay above minimum wage to all our employees so they are able to deliver quality and consistent services, each and every time!
Do you offer same day cleaning services?
On a case by case basis, if there is availability in the schedule we absolutely will!
